Mince gravy with potato salad

We used potatoes,mince,bisto,onions,flour and oil

First we boiled potatoes in a pot until it was cooked

After peel the onion and put into a frying pan and fry with mince

Then add 1 cup of bisto and flour to the pan.

You then mix your potatoes with mayo but do not break the potatoes

You then serve it to whoever you want.

Food technology

Today in food tech we made blueberry muffins.We used 1 and 1/2 cup Self-rising flour,1/2 cup of sugar,1/2 cup of milk,1/2 cup of oil, 1 egg and blueberries.First we got all the dry ingredient and separated them from the wet.We then mixed them all together and put them into a muffin tray. We then baked the at 180 degrees. Then when the time came we enjoyed Some nice warm blueberry muffins.

 

Why is it important to have someone who makes decisions for people?

Because when there is a leader making a decision, everyone has their

own opinion and can be for or against.But without one everyone will be

lost and not know what to do which might bring tragedy to the country
because everyone is making their own choices for the world. This will

be bad because all the gangs will start fighting and having massive
shootouts and this could be dangerous for the little kids living in the

neighborhood. Another reason is because when refugees come to the

country they might struggle without assistance about how the country

works or how to get a job for food.Thanks to the Minister of

New Zealand

Migrants in the 21st centre

Refugees have migrated from Syria to escape the fighting and violence that they were going through.
The kids/children were unable to collect the education they needed.Parents were also unable to get jobs
to provide for their families and kids.Some people will discriminate against new people that have migrated to another
country that they are not familiar with.Some might get obtained because of their skin colour and other things
like not knowing what the compulsory is.

What is a community?

What is a community?
To me I think that a community is a place that everyone is welcome to enter stores and not not be harassed because of their colour or race or even their beliefs.
What is a community made up of?
Well if we take a look at Glen Innes it is made up with all the people and stores.It is also made up of the surrounding like houses,hospitals,businesses and schools.
A community is a place for you and me to be make a choice on ways to help people in and around the community.

Today we made a google drawing about Migration Models.I explained the push and pull reasons of why people leave their country of origin to a country of destination.As they travelled I explained the obstacles that they will face through their travels.I also found out that there are these things called mainstream flow and counter stream.
